I lived through the miscarriage of my twin. I survived a badly gashed blood vessel. I have endured all the wages of sin. With moral dilemnas I would wrestle. I've lived through every kiss of the knife. I've prayed to God for an end to my pain. Not one time have I tried to end my life. Counting the days is my only refrain. I got through the system rail-roading me. I've fought through garbage to land on the top. Against life's grip I've struggled to be free. Trusting people is a vertical drop. I can shut myself off from all feeling. I am what I was made to be, impure. Understanding this will leave them reeling. No matter what they do, I will endure. ©1999 DreamEvil ------------------ Shall I indulge in flights of fancy hampered by clipped wings? DreamEvil© |

DE it seems to me you are putting more and more of yourself into your writing and it is getting better and better! It's exciting to see the progression of your talent. |

This was great! I am sorry you have gone through so much. Enduring these things helps us to be strong. Sometimes we need to pray for the strength to endure it and not be taken away. For without pain, we would never learn joy. It's brighter! God Bless ya. |

Thank you all for the response to this. WhtDove, well and good but what happens when all you know is pain, never pleasure? What do you do when Christians are the source of that pain? [This message has been edited by DreamEvil (edited 07-31-99).] |

Once again, DreamEvil, I am astounded at the emotion put in to your writing. You have much talent! I understand the feeling of never knowing pure and true happiness. Yet, it is what we live to find, am I right? ------------------ Valor~ "Poetry is language as it is most distilled and most powerful." |

Yeah, what she said! I love your writing, Dream... you know that though. And I wish I could wrap all the hugs I have around you and help you to feel better! No one should have to endure such pain. I wish I could take that away. ------------------ ~onevoice~ "She looked at her life like lines, never-ending, constantly forming, reforming and bending." |

Oh, Dream, my friend..so very sad. I am very glad you have endured. For all of us are truly blessed to have you within our presence. Thank you for sharing a painful piece of yourself. ------------------ *Krista Knutson* "I will sail my vessel 'till the river runs dry, like a bird upon the wind, these waters are my sky..."
