Take down from the shelf that old, eternal Book,
Wipe the dust from it's cover, take a peek, take a look.
You will be amazed at whats inside its pages,
You will discover that it tells of 3 world ages.
We're all afraid of the unknown or what tomorrow brings,
In this Book, called God's word, it tells us of these things.
How the sea is commanded to stay in its banks,
How people are to give God the thanks.
How heaven is such a wonderful sight,
How Jesus thereof is the Light.
It tells us of a time there's no more sickness or pain,
How Jesus came and died for our gain.
It tells of wonders and evil too,
All the things we're ever put through.
It tells us of a gospel armour,
That protects against Satan's evil lies he'll shower.
God wants you to open up His Book,
It was written for you, come take a look.
You need not fear what tomorrow will bring,
The Lord said, I foretold you all things.
Look into the wonders written in this Book,
Let's return to God, the One His people forsook.

That was an awesome poem. It does me good to see something written about God. Very good job. I commend you.
