I wrote this for Katrina. A girl I love with all my heart. Our lives are surely entangled due to destiny. I gaze upon a flower with my eye And the flower looks up to the sky The sky beckons the heavens with a wink And the whole universe stops to think It feels the thought that’s in my mind It knows its you I want to find Then with a miracle from god above I’m gifted with the greatest love Some might say that we met by chance But I don’t believe in circumstance I feel a constant compulsion to have you near Being alone without you is what I fear I love to look you deep in the eyes And I hope you realize The greatest pleasure I ever knew Is falling so madly in love with you |
