FAIR LADY Oh, why do you doubt me so, Fair Lady, when I'd wait a thousand years to hear you sigh, and die a thousand deaths if one tear you did waste on such an unworthy person as I. When your tender eyes fell upon me through the garden, I felt my heart die, then resurrect itself to get one last look. But, I fear you are right, Fair Lady, when you lament that love cannot live but in a perfect world. But surely…when two hearts are as bound together as ours…love will hold us above this imperfect world, until love, itself, no longer exists. ~ Angela Erin Burke ~ ------------------ "Glory remains unaware of my neglected dwelling where alone I sing my tearful song which has charms only for me." -Charles Brugnot |

Nice work. What if love didn't exist? What a sad world this would be. |

This is absolutely beautiful. It flows from the tongue and pours out from the heart. The ONLY change I'd make is to add a question mark at the end of the first sentence. EXCELLENT! Keep up the good work. |
