I don't want to hide from this life any more... It surrounds me anyways. The distance between it and me is self-made And has done nothing to protect me From the fire and cold Blowing from earthly bellows. Forging me Melting me down Hammering me into steel Cutting edge Strong, Wielded by another's hand I will swing my own blade And hear its whistle on the winds Of my own breath's making. Thunder Fire Ice Godlike and Pure I will not be insignificant Anymore. |
