I used to dream about a girl I once loved (or thought I loved) But the dreams have subsided some Blue eyes Blonde hair Tall She was a women out of the pages of one of those magazines Perfectly fit Perfectly sexy Perfectly fragile Delicate piece of god crafted workmanship I can't imagine constructing anything with such skill and such patience It must have been a task to be proud of I sit and wonder about where she is now Are her eyes still young and full of life Is her skin still soft Are her lips still full of that youthful flavor I once loved so much Does she still laugh with that oh so incredible laugh (god I miss her) I may never know these things and may never want to Maybe the memories and the tears are all that are needed I hope the tears never subside |
