Gods of sorrow hear my plight remove my saddness from thy sight. Gods of laughter heed my plea return the joy that so recently was a part of me. Gods of hope and desire, harken to my cry, bring me the dream yet unknown to my heart and unknown to mine eye. Gods of lust and spirt, stoke in me the fire of will, grace, and life to woo the soul my love to bring my heart's desire. Hear my prayers my gods of hedon's life feel my needs my lords fuel my soul, feed my heart replenish my angst with your power. |

You will probably do well with this piece, short, to the point. Although the beginning does flow like doggerel, there is some redemption in the end. ------------------ Shall I indulge in flights of fancy hampered by clipped wings? DreamEvil© |

Tripe and spiteful backlash. Nary a comment on content. |

Okay, This is another "morning after" realization: No more posting poems at god-awful hours of the night after 12-15 too many beers.... I have a hard enough time writing decent stuff without THOSE influences.... I'll be a good boy from now on, I promise. |

JP, Now what fun would you be if you were a good boy, huh? Think on that one for a while and let me know. *smiles* I also love the writing as of late. |
