I wish, dad, that you could meet her My wife, my love, my soulmate You would like her She was brought to me by fate I wish it did not have to be, You left so suddenly Would my life have turned? Or been this way If your death was spurned If you had not gone away Fate took you from me, But gave me a great lady It is funny now and then We have to lose to win However, I still wish you could have been Here for me, to be proud and see me when I was alone and dejected, Then she came along and I became elated I was happy and smiling, because of her I think at times how much I fancy Having you beside me, being my father Seeing your resemblance in my progeny |

Very nice, so far. I think it isn't finished yet though. It just seems to me that you may have written it like this to keep it open for more additions in the future. There is nothing like a tribute to a good father. So many bad ones out there, we really need to honor the good ones. Keep up the good work. Jfreak |
