After these past months, would your mouth still taste the same if I were to kiss you? Would your lips still have that thin layer of strawberry to savor? Could your tongue still sneak it’s way into my mouth? Well; if the words that pass from one’s lips were to determine their taste, I want no part of yours. ------------------ Tout s'en va, tout passe, l'eau coule, et le couer oublie. |

What a wonderful poem about such sweet memories and what a way to end it. This is a pretty powerful poem about how we should always watch what we say. The bible says, "Life and death are held in the power of the tongue." How much do we say that we never notice but most likely will regret later? Great poem. Jfreak |

I was kind of suprised by the ending... I liked it a lot... I know how you feel... Sometimes the taste of the sweetest lips can hide a deadly venom... I really liked it... mia |

words that are too sweet can leave a bad taste in your mouth as well though |
