I Once Saw The Beauty I once saw that beauty In the stars and sunrise Like the gleam in your eyes They lit up the night skies Enchantingly teasing Spell bound I loved you My world spun around Not the sun but you Then one day it happen My world slowed to a stop Dazed and confused You were nowhere But I have no complaints Of them times that we shared Because I once saw the beauty Thats no longer there. I love this poem! Thank you so much for sharing it. ------------------ ~one voice~ For Myself, I live, Live intensely and am fed by life, and my value, whatever it be, is in my own kind of expression of that. *Henry James |

This is a wonderful piece of work, so sincere and moving. The flow is great. ------------------ "Nobody has measured, not even poets, how much the heart can hold" ~Zelda Fitzgerald |
