mama always knew about those stolen kisses 'neath the Jasmine, near the stair mama always waited up til the last porch light faded she kept her "kids" all in check called "Night!" through the cricket filled silence of late summer night romances to this day the scent of Jasmine and that screechy squeak of the screen door bring back memories of fumbled passion and moist kisses, stolen under a mother's watchful eye |

Incredibly beautiful. It brings back memories of a gentler, innocent time. |
