The Forest |

He stood alone Amidst the tranquil wonder of the forest An unsatisfied yearning To be touched by the freshening breeze Would he hear The intonations of the whispering wind And be sated? Enveloped by the magnetic charms of the wild? He felt the gentle touch of Silken lips Softly pressed against his brow Soothing warmth Of elfin graces and earthly splendor. He had sought Beneath the heaven's shining stars And he found Amongst the forest, amid the feral creatures Hearts desire. [This message has been edited by Tim (edited 07-27-99).] |
