Was wondering if maybe starting a haiku forum might be a good idea. I have noticed quite a few lately.
Is that a possibility Ron?

an interesting idea- I feel "haiku-ish" at times - but then again I feel 'sonnet-ish', 'cinquain-ish', 'senryu-ish ', and you might as well add Pantoums Quatrains, Limericks, Rondeaus, sestinas, terza rimas, villanelles and Tankas

Thank you, kitkat, for an excellent suggestion!

We've had suggestions like this, and similar pop up from time to time.  One of the reasons why a specific form has never been given a forum of it's own, was because there are just so many forms.

There are a couple places to experiment with haiku, and any other form, here at Passions.  The Corner Pub is an excellent venue, as are the English and Poetry Workshops (they are always working on something there!)
