What about a Passions in Poetry chat room, where poets can meet online or does that defeat the purpose of the forums....what do you guys think??

Hello Salma!

Thank you for the suggestion! This may or may not come as a surprise to you, but the idea of a Passion's Chat has been brought up before.

  In all honesty, and looking back through this forum, it appears that the idea for a chat room of sorts is the one topic that has been suggested the most.  Instead of summing up the past discussions on the matter, here are some links to threads where the idea has been talked about before:

The idea of implementing a chat program is certainly one that is being considered, but as far as I know (and I am very much wrong sometimes

) it has been tabled for the time being. Currently Ceres, our lovely server, is under quite a bit of strain from the surge in forum useage. I think that the possibility for a Passions Chat is something that is in the future's horizon, when there is less of a strain on the server or if there is an upgrade.
