Hi all!! Marilyn, as we all know, is one of the moderators in Teen Forum. We also know that she has alot on her plate all of the time, she has often said she needs another 24hrs to be added on to the day so that she could have the time do everything she wants to do, including alot more time to spend in these forums. I know that NOBODY wants her to step down as moderator, that would be an indescribable loss. I was just thinking that maybe she could use an assistant moderator. Of course there are Krista and Jer, they all have to look after a third of the forum each as it works out. I was just thinking that maybe Marilyn could use some help looking after her "third" of the teen forum. Please let it be known that this is NOT a comment against Marilyn or her job as moderator AT ALL. This idea/suggestion/thought popped into my head just before I fell asleep last night... This forum is intended for "Teens"... It began under the sole guidance of Ryan - a teenager whose busy senior-year schedule took all of his attention. The forum was then passed on to Alwye, a teen herself, who worked very hard at moderating the increasing demands of the forum. Marilyn was brought on board to support Alwye in her efforts. Jer was added as time and the forum needs progressed. Do they need more help now? I'd guess that they're in contact via ICQ and/or email, and I'd surely hope they'd holler if they feel the need for assistance...  |

Well, I'm not finding a problem with my load in moderating teen right now at all. I've sort of worked my schedule out so I can be there at least once a day and check things out. So things are fine and dandy on this end.
