To serve what purpose?  We consider our entire site and all of our members to be "a family" and no one is restrained from posting anywhere they wish [with the exception of the Mature Forum, where the kidlets cannot play until of age.]  What, specifically, do you wish to post in the Family Forum that couldn't be posted, in, say, PiPTalk Lounge?
