I feel alot would be gained by offering a forum of this type. It would bring alot of good spoken word authors to our site as well as help diversity even more

Brad, could you expound somewhat on what an "urban forum" would offer that all of the others do not?  Some clarification as to what you are looking for exactly, as I am not familiar with this term.
