Well, I was thinking how about we have a spanish poetry forum? It would be better then to post spanish poetry in open17 because not eveyone understands spanish so that way we can have a room set aside for spanish poetry? it seems like a good idea to me, hope some of you agree

Well, I don't know how to speak spanish.. so I wouldn't visit the forum.. but it wouldn't bother me to have it here.

Of course.. it might start something huge... everyone would want a forum in their native language... and I'm not sure if that could happen or not. Either way.. It wouldn't bother me.

Hey there rosepetals,

Im not of any spanish descent, I'm italian but I dont speak italian. hehe
I just figured that since english and spanish are the two of the most popular launguages, it would be cool to have both.

I think that having a 'multilingual' forum might be an interesting thought. We certainly couldn't have one for every language out there in the world, but we also couldn't limit it to one specific alternative language, could we??

Herein lies the only problem that I would forsee... Who's going to moderate it? Do we have anyone who'd be qualified???..

We did have some Dutchies scribbeling for a short time in class, didn't we MissNanniness, but it was no fun after all, cause only Munda, Charisma and me could read it and teach Nan called us mutinees

I'm not in for a Spanish forum, half the population of Passions wouldn't understand a bit.

hmmm I see your point...so far all I know who speaks spanish and could moderate is me and balladeer. I doubt that he and I would want to be the ones to do it all the time so you got a point there!

We were talking about this in teen chat and they were suggesting opening up a bilingual forum i think..you can post in any language you want...but until it happen, if its gonna happen at all, everyone who feels like posting in another language is doing so..so join in!
