hiding in lifes shadows i sit alone isolated from the fun experiencing the unknown life slips by like wax on a candle while i watch unsure of what i can handle darkness is my light i see what is not there for in the world i haven't found someone who cares a light flickers every once in a while a pretty face a suductive smile but nothing to blind the dark from my eyes only empty surroundings filled with lonley cries until that day a light shown bringing warmth to the cold Freeing me from the unkown she held the light removing me from that place and giving me the comforting smile on her face. -jesus ------------------ |
