A Heart Beating Tears |

Tears beat from my heart And flow through my veins No more blood there The tears are in its place Coarsing and burning every artery and crevice till my flesh melts away And my heart is all that is left. broken and bruised a heap of dilapidated confusion Beating tears over the soil of me watering my seemingly never ending dillusion When will my misery end? Will life ever end this unwilling flood of emotions tied to this torturous mess and will these tears ever return to blood? For I would rather bleed to death than suffer through this terrible rain Then I would know I was still human And when I died it would be an end to this pain. |

It sounds like you're really going through a tough time.....you know where to find your strength!! Try to find at least a tiny bit of good in what you're experiencing - a tough lesson learned, or something! This is heartwrenching! I hope you're okay! That sounds kind of stupid considering you didn't sound okay in these words! Try like pFF says to find any blessing and count it! God bless ya! The air you breath, the eyes you have, whatever it is and be thankful. Sometimes that can lift your spirits. In my prayers jfreak! |

Thank you guys so much for you kind words and open hearts. But do not fear, actually there is nothing going on. I have no idea where this poem came from. I just felt like writing something for the forum b/c it has been a couple of days and this just came out. HONESTLY, nothing is going on. I guess this just comes from a lot of stuff in the past that I overcame along time ago and just retrospecting on now. I don't know. The main thing though, is it is here now in this poem and I think it came out very well now that I look at a second time. Not the greatest but pretty darn good, for me. Thanks again for all the sympathy or empathy I really appreciate it. It is nice to know that you guys really care. JFreak |
