The banners flutter on their staffs, Huge, white clouds are on display. The crowd awaits the moment When the game gets underway. The third-base coach adjusts his pants, The teams stand in solemn rows. The tenor sings at attention. The coach tugs at his nose. The crowd stands. The music blares. The tenor is where "the twilight gleams." "Home of the brave." The crowd explodes. "Play ball," the hefty umpire screams. The crowd sits back to watch the game, Some just to savor beer and sun. These are the connoisseurs who know The best part of the game is done. |

Are you saying that the game itself is boring? |

"It is better to travel hopefully than to arrive" Anticipation is the best part of everything. |
