They called his poetry "sinuous."
He was the master of a line
That flexed beneath his diction
Like an acrobatic spine.

His images would bloom and burst,
And readers of his poems would find
That imprints of these images
Would never fade, once in the mind.

Yes, his poetry had great power
From his several talents lent.
But no one ever could explain
What any of his poems meant.

Ah...I have a problem with poetry that I have to get out a dictionary to read....be it the most well crafted piece of prose in the world, if it can't be undrestood...it's worthless.
very well written and oh so true.

Cute! I like having to use the dictionary to look things up, though! I think it keeps me growing and learning and always discovering new nuances of meaning in what I read! Some phrases do stick in the mind forever, don't they?! Again, great poem!
