A poster of the spring was swinging
In my eyes
The world around me was shrinking
In its size
The wax was dripping from the candles
Upon my shirt
The lazy footprints of my sandals
Were formed in dirt
Bright stars were gently leaning
On the earth
And the horizon with great feeling
Was giving birth
The empty windows were set ablaze
With light
The growing sun was throwing rays
To fight the night
The conquered darkness was retreating
The fighting stopped
The clock alarm was ringing
To wake me up

Don't you just hate waking up???
