Two people thrown together, From opposite sides of the world, Yet they have a lot in common, Starting with the simple word. Both weary of the heart, Both dreaming of something not had, A blossoming new friendship, See, life it ain't that bad. I look forward to Loneheart's contact, It's so nice to have a new friend, Someone to share many things with, I hope this friendship, it does not end. He is the Knight he deems himself to be, Looking out for a fragile rose, Looking out for me, A new friend to share the wisdom that he knows. So this maiden fair, a fragile rose, Hopes our new friendship will strengthen and grow, I hope with this poem Loneheart knows, A new and wonderful friendship he did bestow. ------------------ Words that enlighten the soul are more precious than jewels. ~Isis~ |
