Ethan, as far as I could tell yesterday, you could still post in Open 12. However though, it is being made an archived forum. There is a new one, Open 13 just beneath that.

Try that one and see if that works for you.

Forum News has no "New Topic" link. This forum is Ron's - He starts all new topics there; and that makes sense - cuz he's the one with all the news...
