Hi there Ron...I know you are very busy, but I thought I would bring this to your attention. I visited the main site, and decided to submit something from PiPTalk. Did a Smart Search, found the poem, and hit the Submit Button. Took me to a blank page and said Done on the bottom scroll bar. No further activity. I'm guessing that the two sites are not in complete communication yet. FYI, the poem was in the Open 6 archive. I suspect that's a pretty good guess, Ali. I'll look into it "soon." Strangely, I have a submit page floating around somewhere that I can't even find. When I turned off submissions at the main site, I figured it would take about a week for all the proxies (like AOL) to flush the page out of their cache, and then submissions from the main site would be dead. Uh uh. I'm still getting two or three a day over two months later. Somewhere or other there's a link that leads to a live submissions page - but I'll be darned if I can find it. |

Hmmm...would it be possible to bookmark a submission page? Or would the link/page expire? If so, that might be what's happening...someone bookmarked the submission page for later usage/ease of finding....or I could be just whistling in the dark. |
