Hi Ron, I don't know what other forums this might be happening in, but in Poetic Haven, this thread: /pip/Forum55/HTML/000028.html , I pasted in my "poem" and ... well... all spacing was lost. I seem to recall a similar issue way back on another update. If that could be fixed, that'd be awesome... I know some people don't think presentation is that important, but I wholly disagree! Thanks, C |

Addition to this. When I posted it, I pasted in the poem. I clicked preview (which didn't work, due to the semi-colon issue). I then clicked on signature, add to library, and disable smileys. Then submitted. When I looked at it, it had no spaces, everything except the title was left justified. However, I just went back and edited it to finish out the unfinished signature. (The truncation due to length, I think), and Voilla! It's back. Uhmm... something's wierd here. Chris |

Athena reads these threads, too, Chris. She knew she messed up, and when you squealed on her, I guess she figured she'd better fix it for you. (p.s. Disabling smilies will disable spacing; they both happen in the same code block.) |

I've had this same problem in Open #12. I've posted a couple of poems where the line breaks and spacing just wouldn't show. But when I went back to edit, there they were. . . And now, I've tried to put in a formatted poem, but for some reason, the whole thing wound up left aligned. . . Any suggestions??? Thanks in advance!!! -------------------------------------------------------------- To the world, you may only be one person. But to one person, you may be the world. |
