"IN THE MORNING MIST" My lady, may I ask if you would meet me tomorrow at dawn, in Glockamora, where we once met for the very first time, but what now seems like ages ago? I will be there in the early morning waiting for you, before the mist starts to lift from the pond, and the sun starts to peek its head over the snow-capped mountains. We could meet on the enchanted bridge, that crosses the stream, that flows through the valley, as we did once before. If I see you standing there in the morning light, in your lily white dress waiting for me, I would gently but firmly take your hand in mine, and together we would walk by the pond watching the swans, as they swim by. I would gaze at you through my gentle blue eyes, and cherish you as you smiled, only as you can. And while you stood there staring at the misty dawn with the breeze blowing through your hair, I would slowly turn and face you, see the tenderness in your eyes, and kiss your soft and sensual ruby red lips. I would hold you ever so gently in my arms and whisper in your ear how happy you make me, and how much I've missed you, and about that first time we met and fell in love, on the enchanted bridge, that crosses the stream, that flows through the valley, in Glockamora. MagnoliaBlue, Yes, a little sad, and wishing. But that wish has a happy ending and will come true on Thursday, July 13. Thanks for the reply, and will be posting more. Would love to read some more of yours. thanks again, Bill Charles |

This hold the air of a love letter. I think this shows promise and that you could easily build upon this to make an even greater tale (even if this piece here is reality ) Abrahm Simons "Keep on dreamin' boy 'cause when you stop dreaming it's time to die" - Blind Melon |

Dusk, Thank you for your reply. This was the very first short story (love letter) that I have written and have committed myself to writing more short stories and poems. Thanks again, Bill Charles |
