The cd player spews out the screams of her mind, put into words and music: "I wanna be everywhere I wanna do everything I wanna **** everyone in the world I want to do something that matters....." She puffs reflectively on a ciggarette, knowing that it would rot her lungs, and being glad that she was doing yet another thing to hurt herself. She still had to make a few calls, for that domineering girl she said was her friend. The girl she wants to kill. The song has changed, and now there is a morbidly depressing song on, one which suits her mood very well. "He put the gun in his face.... Bang.... So much blood for such a tiny little hole. A lifetime of ******* things up, fixed In one determined flash....." She puts the ciggarrette out and opens her jewelry box, full of broken glass. She pulls out a piece, gazes at it, and puts it back. She has too many healing cuts right now- can't let mother see them. Once again the song has changed, they are passing in a blur. She thinks maybe she'd be doing herself a favor to cut back on those pills......nah. The screams, the discordant sounds of industrial music...they all echoed her eternal plea... "Kill me, Kill me, Kill me, KILL ME!" ------------------ Thinking is just what a great many people think they are doing when they are merely rearranging their predjudices. |

Well Amy, you knwo exacly what I'm going to say here....you spelled cigarette wrong!!!  I hope you are past these feelings friend...no matter how bad it is, there is always some hope, or some reason to live. Even if sometimes that is difficult to see, it is there! |

The scene I am describing could have been one of many that occured daily about a year ago....and still do today, minus the pills, cigs, and self-mutilation.
