Yesterday's heavy clouds rained down over night making the morning damp and nippy; autumn leaves weighty with glistening raindrops clinging to the ends, quivering and dropping as the bond thins.
The pale blue sky promisingly clear except for a few weightless clouds left in streaks across. The mid morning sun streams out honey coloured beams through the sprawling branches still clad in leaves; some still stubbornly green some yellowing; lit up from behind by a soaring glorious sun.
A squirrel Scampering along, darts from one thin branch to the more fragile ends, nibbling endlessly on the breakfast. A hatchling of a bird lands briefly on the tree opposite and flits away into the distant dense greens. Skimming across the cold morning sky a flight of larks slice the chill air as  a boomerang  on it's way.
By now the sun has crept behind an oak. The sharp warming rays pierce through the small holes in the rich  dense foliage...
