The Sweet Taste Of Truth Fall fell lead curtained. Separating fantasy from reality. Making me choose, as if I had a choice. Then rolled up with vinyl transparency to gain of ground. Truth seemed to be a Hershey bar I had left out on the porch to be spatulaed up and fabric staining. It’s sweet taste melting under magnified vision to be taken away by some lined army. Before I took the truth away, I watched in awe as souls struggled to move something needed from one place to another with urgency. Un-daunting in compromise as one soldier fell another would take his place to carry the tender victory home. At times I noticed their steps were interrupted with path distractions but they found new ways to the treasure. I marveled at their strength of path. Truth has a funny way, the more it has to offer us, the more of it we want. I’m not disappointed, I never expected anything from you. |

Wonderful write and in reading it I am somehow reminded of soldier ants. Kethry Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind. Unknown |
