Looking for a poem for my mother

I am looking for a poem for my mother. I have seen it on various plaques, cards, etc...but I am not sure of the exact wording. Here is the jist of what I remember:

An angel left this with me
she left it just for you
you must be a special ?
cause the angels know it too

the ? represents different variations I have seen (mother, sister, friend...)

the item that the angel leaves is a feather, white, I think.

Can anyone help me find this poem for my mother??

I would really appreciatie it, especially if you can email it to me, as I won't be able to check the posts for at least another day, but get my email at any time.

I did a search in Google.com and nothing comes up in the first few hits. Is it something that might be in bookstores and/or knick/knack shops?

Yes, Sunshine, it IS something that I have seen at such places as craft fairs, knick knack shops, and on greating cards, I think...plus, I believe that it has been emailed to me as one of those forwards...
But for the life of me I can't remember any more of the words!
