Last week we changed our telephone to ISDN so we can use our phone when internetting. Since then internetting is terrible and we don't know if it's the provider or the computer. Here is what happens. I log on to internet, the connection is made properly, I can reach Passions, I can switch between the forums few times, but then it just stops. Doesn't download the sight anymore, but the connection is still there (green monitors below) It's not only on the Passions site, but on every site I choose. The blue line showing the download just stops halfway. Then when I restart the computer it's the same all over again. The connection is properly set, the webvox is working properly, but it just stops downloading the sites, whatever time of day/night. We got a suggestion from our provider to try some other provider, so we're working on that, cause if it's the same there, there will be something wrong in the pc No virusses though. Anybody heard of this strange thing yet????? Any help is welcome. A rose is a rose is a rose...I guess... |

This must be very frustrating for you! I don't know but I would try eliminating the feature of being able to accept calls and see if that helps. It is inconvenient though if someone is trying to call you! I hope you have some success soon! -befriend yourself and you will never be alone- |

Yes it was frustrating, but problem solved!!! We left the webvox with only the telephones and put internal ISDNmodum in the computer with a direct line out, and now it works like never before HURRAY, Titia A rose is a rose is a rose...I guess... |
