I am on a mission to find the perfect poem to send to someone whom I love very much and need back in my life. If anyone can help me I will be your lifelong servant and worshipper. Here's what I need:

Something about forgiveness
Where the mistake has happened before
Something about the love that's gone
From the man that I adore
Something about a promise
One that won't be believed
Something about the reasons why
I'd die if he really leaves.

Okay, if anyone knows anything that could work, old new whatever, by you or someone else, please let me know.

Your own words sound to me like the beginnings of a poem that will say just what you're hoping for... Have you considered expanding on them??
