I have AOL and there are some friends whose mail comes to me in little boxes or with just two greek letters on the message page. I can download the pictures but no luck with accompanying messages
Any suggestions
HELP!

I don't know, Liz, I've never had that happen. But I have been unable to even open picture attachments lately. They seem to be in some new format and all I see is a paperclip that I can't open. This happened to me twice last week. A few times before I received files that said I had to 'unzip' them. But since I don't have the capability to 'unzip' something I can't see it. I guess technology is fast outstripping my 'puter's ability to keep up. I need help too!
