I don't live in Chicago, Jesse, but I fly through there a lot. So, I have a few bookmarks that might help... http://www.airwise.com/airports/us/ORD/index.html http://www.chicagoairports.com/OHare/ The second one includes maps of the four terminals, which are mandatory if you have only an hour to move from point A to B. Have a good flight! |

I suggest you visit the airport a few days ahead of time if you can. That way you can get a little familiar with it. I've changed planes at that airport many times and it is big, but don't let that intimidate you! There are lots of people who work there that can direct you too, that's what they're their for! I even spent the night at that airport once! Good luck! Debbie |

Oops sorry Jesse, I guess you can't visit the airport ahead of time if you're flying there! I thought that you were picking up friends, but after reading your post again, I see that you're taking the trip! You could ask for directions from an employee as soon as you get off the plane. Alot of times they announce which gate you need before you even land. Oh, and you could look in the travel magazine in front of your seat while you're on the plane, and it should have a map of the airport in the back of the magazine. |

LOL@Romy <--- Your first reply was hilarious Jesse --- What airport in Chicago are you stopping over in. Is it Ohare or is it Midway. Ohare is not hard, Terminal 1 is only for United and the other terminals are for specified planes only. So, even if you're changing planes, you're probably gonna be in the same terminal. If you're coming in thru midway, well, midway is an itsy bitsy airport. hi Sweets, Lizzy, Kris, Ina, Erin, Erica, Minna, Kit, Kamie, Javi, Jenn, Sharon, Nan, Cawlee, Cherish, Ashley, Sara, Justine, Leah, Jess, Kimmie, Mare [This message has been edited by acire (edited 07-11-2001).] |
