I have a picture that is way over sized and I need to know if anyone has ICQ and can help me to resize the photo since I don't have a program that will do that. This computer that I am on will not hold anymore programs either or not I would do it myself.
Will someone please help me with that?
I will work out a way to send it over ICQ and then they could send the finished copy back to me.
