I know I am VERY computer illiterate......but WHY cant I find where to go to change my cookies? I always could before and now all I can get to is manage cookies and I cant seem to change anything there

When I first redid all this i had my days set at five...then one day i opened this and it was on one and I cant for the life of me figure out how to change it again
