Cant load a pic for my profile |

Cant load a pic for my profile I have tried but it says i am at my limit and i have sized my pic to below the size limit so i don't understand why it wont load. Can anyone help please Thanks! Happy new years to you  Annie |

Did you follow the instructions on this page? If it is the right size, you upload it from the "Browse" button off your hard drive, by entering your user name, and pasword. Hope it works for you. Uploading Profile Picture It goes to Nan, and she usually makes it "better" for the net, and presto. However, I think you have to be here a little bit before you can upload it as well as I recall. |

I checked the photo review area and found no sign of your picture, Annie - so try again, following Sharon's suggestions, and check back here if you have trouble.. Happy New Year! |

Hi and thank you for replying i tried all that before i posted here, that's why i posted.  I changed the size a few times and it said i exceeded the size limit but i know that it didn't, so i don't know whats going on there, Annie |

if you want you can send me the picture you have in an email and I can resize it for you and send it back to you...then you should save it on your desk top to make it easy to upload... if you want me to do that I am up and can do it as soon as you send it to me, I have done it for others in the past. Thank you, i do have a resizer program myself i have tried every size and it always says the same you have exceeded your upload limit, So i guess i will give up because no matter what i try it doesn't work but thank you for your help.. Annie |

Send your picture to Nan, she is the one that uploads it anyway, and you can bet that our Nan will get the job done!  |

Size matters. Your photo has to be 100 pixels wide by 150 high but it also has to be less than 5k in size - my guess is you’ve got the dimensions right but the file size is too big. Right click on the file you’re trying to upload, select properties and you should be able to find the physical size of the file - if it’s bigger than 5k you’ve found your problem. Well - whatever you did - it worked so well that I had to enlarge the picture to fit 100x150.. But you're good to go now, and it'll be lovely to see your smiling face on the boards.. |

Awww thanks i got so frustrated i sized it right down lol Hope it dident cause to much trouble?  And a big thank you to all that helped |
