Where do the guides and rules live

Where are the links to the guides and rules? I saw them once but I don't remember where to get to them again.

Thinking they might be in archives, I went there and noticed that the archived threads still allow replying (in many cases) and most are dated 2008! Makes you kind of wonder if the moderators are handling these threads as well as the current ones.

Maybe the moderators have no life after poetry.

You'll also see a "question mark" linked to the guidelines on the right edge of the column for each forum..
