How do you make it so when you are repling to a post you put a quote in it.  Not the signature, but like if someone said something and you want to put it into your post.  
I'm kinda explaining this badly aren't I?

If anyone understands what I'm talking about, please reply! Thanks in advanced!!

down under the submit reply bar, you will see and area that says

Smilies   Insertable Images   HTML Help   UBB Code Help   Topic Review  


go to the UBB code and click on it. That should help
