I want to upload my photo...

I hope someone can help me out...

I want to upload my photo, but I just can't get the size right.

My pic is 100x150 pixels, just like was requested, and but it was about 44K. I reduced the pixels per cm figure, and my pic has turned out absolutely tiny! So I saved the sample pic so I could see what I'd done wrong, but according to Adobe Photoshop 5.0, the sample pic is actually 44K, same as what mine is now!

Can someone help out? Thanks!
