Sara, you've posted this in a poetry forum. I'm going to move you to our Discussion forum, "Questions & Answers". Glad to have you here with us! |

Sara, Have you given any thought to whether you wish to be published by a publisher or whether you wish to self publish your book? If you are thinking of submitting your book to a publisher, my suggestion to you is to first submit some of your works to some literary journals and try for publication there so that you have some publishing credits to offer perspective publishers. Your book should also follow some sort of theme rather than just being a collection of your works thrown together haphazardly in between two covers. The publishers and readers should be able to make some connection in the works or be able to follow the progression of your poetry throughout the book. If you are considering self publication, there are many publishers that specialize in that here online. Be sure to research them a bit before commiting to anything though. I hope this helps in some small way, if I can be of anymore assistance, please feel free to e-mail me...do be patient for my response though as I am rarely online. Ruth aka hoot owl RN |
