OOPS I messed up, need help

I have posted a couple poems on more than one forum. I deeply apologize. I should have read the guidelines better. I know a moderator is supposed to email me to let me know, but they have not done so. What can I do to delete some of my posts?

Hi Tim,
Which one would you like to leave as a book submission...the one in the Reflections Forum or the one in the Spiritual Forum? We can move the other two post for you, whenever you let us know. Okay?

Oh, and don't worry about it. We all make mistakes. I've sure made my share. LOL

please take out "Before I Make a Sound from the Spiritual section and leave it in the Reflections section.

please do the same for "Dancing Tear Leaves". Take it out from both the Spiritual section and from the Open poetry and leave it in the Reflections section. Thank you so much.
