barely remembered poem HELP!!

There was a poem i remember from when i was younger that really touched me. it was a fairly popular poem, so i am hoping that someone knows what the poem was and can help me find it again.

it was a poem about a kingdom with a castle on a hill and a noble king and all kinds of stuff, and at the end the poem is about a little boy with his blocks and his imagination, and he has to put it all up untill next time.
