The rabbit, the little youthful creature, is quick to reproduce; she locates a male, they hide no reservation, they induce. for the chill in their meager galley extroverted essence, quickly, quickly to awaken as they gather in the pasture and eat what's taken. and graze assured through the wheat of pasture among their own, and wake in inferior commotion, and sleep united, with a moan. So quickly the foolish cold rabbits essence deteriorate, filled with want, and the foolish creature reproduce in public first, flaunting their jaunt. Young they are and the most superficial of creatures so they ignore first fleeing for the company of starvation, for their empty burst. They grab, they snare; their inferior gore still as the sun shines, far, more far till they disengage in pore. ------------------ Julie ------------------------- Today a man discovered gold and fame, Another flew the stormy seas; Another set an unarmed world aflame, One found the germ of a disease. But what high fates my path attend; For I-today-I found a friend. >Helen Barker Parker |
