Fair to middlin' of nowhere

I think it would be easier
to give up my beloved bad habits,
If my bucket weren’t so empty.
With ego and soul
I’m plugging holes,
but I can’t keep up with demand.
My awesome affirmations lay idle
as too many toys after Christmas.
My spirit is stingy
with nothing to spare.
It wants to have and to hold,
not give up and away.

Twenty fingers could cover it, Miss Lori...but when you only have ten, ya gotta live with a few leaks.

Keep pluggin' away, m'dear!

Well, if I sit just right I can use my toes too. I just can't hold that position very long. ~L

I've got an image in my mind of you with your toes and fingers, Miss Lori. The audio portion is made up of you humming a few bars of "The Old Oaken Bucket"...
You're destined for fame, it's certain!

You haven't lost your "cool & awesome"!
