Never did get back to sleep. Too many thoughts skipping down memory lane picking up lilies. Instead of resurrecting old guilts, and beating myself up over what I didn’t do, I framed it differently. I thought about what I should have said. Not in anger, but what my truth was at that time. What I didn’t know how to say then I put into words now. And for the first time I felt peace instead of anguish attached to that thought. I didn’t change a thing, except now I know what I could have done if I would have known how. LGR(C)2/4/18 |

Bluesy I just hope I can continue to transform the effects of my past traumas on me by reconciling memories. ~L |

As we mature over time we often look back at situations we wish we could of handled differently. I guess that wisdom we've always heard about finally catches up with us ![]() |

Pinkythinkin', For over a decade I was stuck in thinking shoulda, but never any deeper because that was painful enough. I didn't kick myself this time. ~L |
