The Doctor walked in the door
test results in her hands,
big smile on her face
and said

He nearly cried with relief.
NED
No
Evidence of
Disease.
They’ll still keep an eye
on that nodule in his lung
as they keep an eye on him
for the next five years.
His mind now at ease,
the worries let go.
The knot at his brow
smoothed out.
He can smile again,
the sparkle is in his eyes.
Cancel the cheese,
we have no more whine
He’s back.

LeeJ you have no idea how relieved HE was. I had a feeling he was going to be alright from the beginning... The Dr. said they could cure him and I chose to believe that. ~L
