I locked the door, hearing its click, Inside The Hovel I felt good; Picked up the phone to call a chick, But in the hall somebody stood. I shook off the effect of fear, And I called the girl like I should; To calm my nerves I had a beer, Still . . . in the hall somebody stood. ©July 31, 2017 / Jerry Pat Bolton ~ If they give you ruled paper, write sideways. ~ |

Hmmm! If you have ghosts for company, as did I, my friend, you've 10 or 12 more years to go before they move along as they should . . . Beautifully written piece, my friend -- again, I find myself saying . . . one of your best. j. |

Interesting... very interesting. We never know who could be present outside the physical plane and possibly watching all the things we do! |
